Appointments:

To make an appointment at the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Clinic, please call 612-626-6688,  Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Clinic Locations:

The Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Clinic (Clinic 1A) is located on the 1st floor of the Phillips-Wangensteen Building (PWB). The address is:

Monday - Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Consultations are by appointment only. The Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Clinic is not open on Saturday or Sunday. If you are experiencing a PM&R medical emergency on the weekend, please call 911 or go to the emergency room to be seen.
